PBR-16 Prototype

Description

The PBR-16 is a prototypical Push-Bolt Rifle that chambers the 8mm*60mm round. Though the PBR-16 achieved great accuracy and power(able to penetrate bullet-proof glass), the PBR-16 featured poor reliability, even for PBRs. This was due to the ineffective shell ejection system, causing the PBR-16 to jam. Reloading the weapon also proved problematic, due to the round being placed into the back of the weapon. The PBR-16 caused the manufacturer, Jeric Arms Corp(JAC), to go bankrupt. It was quickly raided, and all of the PBR-16s are now used by a powerful militant group.

you know what, i've been thinking about this push-bolt system of yours and as i like to make drawnings on paper (i have LOTS of them, and i make them almost anywhere, even at the break at school, though i never upload them), i was recently making a small rifle made specifically to launch rifle grenades, and i guess this system would be awesome for such weapons, as one would be able to safely fire blank rounds and at the same time be able to load them fairly quickly. because you know, if you accidentaly load a "real" bullet into the chamber and fire it while a rifle grenade is ready to fire in the barrel's muzzle, the result's not gonna be good to the shooter...
